Recognized as a brand dedicated to a very specific market, Dyson has shown that it is a company that knows how to reinvent itself. The novelties go much further than vacuum cleaners and there are interesting novelties.

Now, at the International Conference on Robotics and Automation, Dyson has unveiled the future of home robots, while trying to convince the brightest minds in the field of robotics to join the rapidly growing team.

Recent times have shown a completely different reality from what is normal at Dyson. The company has shown unique products that go far beyond its standard. The best example was the Dyson Zone, the air-purifying headphones.

Now, the company has surprised again and shown that it has an entire division dedicated to secretly developing robot prototypes that do household chores. He didn't detail much about the work carried out, but he promised that they will be completely different if useful.

From what can be seen, many look like regular robotic arms adapted to do specialized housework. Cleaning and tidying will soon be much simpler and faster. There are examples like the one that looked designed to vacuum up cushions, mapping an armchair in detail to do its job.

This secret R&D work has been carried out at Hullavington Airfield in Wiltshire and is led by Jake Dyson, Dyson's Chief Engineer. The focus seems to be the creation of an autonomous device capable of carrying out household tasks and other types of work.
