The initial bid to buy the house is US$ 650 thousand, something around R$ 3.4 million.
Described as a “pSpanish-inspired property located in the exclusive neighborhood of charming and artsy Gulfport, Florida”, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is located on a plot of 7,405 m².
With the idea of promoting the new technology, the transaction will take place as follows: a transfer of ownership will be carried out for the one who buys the house at auction. This process will dispense with the traditional bureaucracy procedures, adhering to the transfer of ownership through the NFT. It will contain all legal documents and an image referring to the property.
The new owners will have access to the documentation of the “NFT house” through their digital wallet; and if they decide to transfer the house in the future, they will be able to earn with the royalties linked to it in later sales of the property.
