Jeff Pu, an analyst at the investment bank Haitong International, has publicized many a rumor in the past. Sometimes he was right with his predictions, sometimes he was wrong. However, the latest of his predictions should be of particular interest to those who are not yet sure whether they should get the latest iPhone model from Apple. It affects you iPhone 14 display.

iPhone 14 display at 120Hz

According to Pu, all future iPhones should have a display with a refresh rate of 120 Hertz (Hz). In addition, all new Apple devices should be equipped with 6 gigabytes of RAM. The analyst also notes that the flash capacity for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 mini will be 64 gigabytes, while the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone Pro Max will have at least 256 gigabytes of storage space. So the iPhone 14 display is far from the only thing that’s changing with the new flagship generation.

However, you should bear in mind that the information published is unofficial. Pu shared this with industry magazine MacRumors. Apple does not comment on the new generation of smartphones.

If the iPhone 14 display actually comes up with 120 Hz, Apple would take a big step. After all, this frequency was only reserved for the Pro models in the 2021 generation, the iPhone 13.

Strong price increase

Jeff Pu’s information is also consistent with previous leaks. For example, it was reported that Apple would significantly increase the prices of the upcoming iPhone 14 series. According to LeaksApplePro, the price increase will primarily affect the Pro versions. The company is expected to launch four models in September, with the base model also offering the iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The price of the iPhone 14 will remain the same as the iPhone 13 at $799.
