As with WhatsApp and some social networks, the Instagram it also allows users to be “invisible” to onlookers. This is because the platform provides an interesting feature, but that few people know about.

How to turn Instagram activity status display on or off
- First, log into your Instagram account and go to your profile.
- Then go to the Menu located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- select option settings.
- On this new page, go to the Privacy.
- Go to the page of Activity status.
- Now, in this step, enable or disable the key which appears in blue or white, depending on which option is on your Instagram. The Activity Status will be displayed when the key is in blue and hidden when blank.
- When everything is ready, go back to the Instagram home screen and refresh the page.
:If you choose the option to disable When you see Activity Status, your contacts won’t even be able to see the last time you were online. In this case, you will also not be able to see the status of the other person.
