And let the speculation rain on the a iPhone 14 series. Now talking about what is probably the most awaited change in the line: the end of notch (the notch that takes up a screen space). First quoted for iPhone 13, it is now almost guaranteed that the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will no longer have notch. Only instead of hole punch, apple will unite this design with the pill format popular in Huawei

Come on, iPhone 14. Don’t mix with these riffraff!

The new design of the front camera was informed by the analyst Ross Young, known for having sources linked to the industry. Young, who is CEO of a consulting firm, says that apple will make your style unique iPhones, as was the notch. Complementing: the apple want something apple. THE hole punch, that little hole in the screens, is very popular in android smartphones. The manufacturer does not want people to confuse the iPhone with a competitor. So instead of using one of the popular designs (hole or pill/pill), the apple will join the two. Check out the example given by Young:

Huawei uses pill format in its front cameras.

The image that the analyst used as an example was released last year by a leaker called ShrimpApplePro. According to “Shrimp”, which published the photo last year, the FaceID will be on the left and the camera on the right. THE apple would be testing on the 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screens. The cover image was produced by the website 9to5Mac.

Another possibility for the iPhone 14 is that the sensor of FaceID will be hidden under the screen. THE apple already patented a technology for sensors under the screen. This technology can be used both for the FaceID as for the TouchID, something that is also speculated for the new line of iPhone. At the notch of iPhone there are several hardware, such as proximity sensor, lighting and infrared camera. That’s why the apple is still looking for the best way to place all these components without taking up screen space. The “holepill” design may be the best option for the manufacturer.
