The 15th season “I’m a star – get me out of here!” (also on RTL +) was extremely successful for RTL. As the broadcaster writes in a press release, the jungle camp was the primetime winner in the past 16 days with an average 26.0 percent market share among 14 to 59 year olds. The net reach on linear TV was 35 million viewers over the entire season.

The total cross-media reach of all programs and contributions to the jungle camp across all channels – i.e. TV, print, digital and radio – was more than 60 million viewers and users aged 14 and over. The topic “I’m a star – get me out of here!” reached almost 90 percent of all people in Germany up to and including the reunion show.

Still the weakest jungle camp?

As the media magazine “DWDL” reports, the 2022 show was still the weakest jungle camp of all time in terms of linear reach if you compare the ratings. For example, among 14 to 49 year olds, the average market share was 28.5 percent – in 2020 it was around ten percentage points more.

Reality TV star Filip Pavlović (27) emerged as the winner and this year’s king of the jungle. With him in the final were ex-“GZSZ” star Eric Stehfest (32) and ex-“Prince Charming” candidate Manuel Flickinger (33).
