A particularly emotional episode of the jungle camp awaits viewers on day 14. Two weeks after moving in, the residents receive letters from their loved ones, which leads to one or the other outburst of tears.
Fashion designer Harald Glööckler (56) in particular is overwhelmed by his feelings when the letter addressed to him is read out. “I’m very proud of you, please keep it up and above all keep your calm and reason,” it says. The sender also writes that everything is ok at home – “but of course I miss you, because we have both become one.” It is not yet known who these words come from. However, it is obvious that it is Glööckler’s husband Dieter Schroth (73).
Difficult relationship phase
At Glööckler, the tears are already falling before the first word has been read, as can be seen in a preview video from RTL. The relationship between the two is not easy at the moment, as the TV personality revealed at the campfire. There he described his husband as “only negative” and some behavior patterns in the relationship as “really toxic”. Glööckler also said that he currently feels like a caged butterfly in the relationship. Maybe the time out in the jungle changed that.
Dieter Schroth and Harald Glööckler have been together for about 35 years. The new episodes of the jungle camp can be seen daily from 10:15 p.m. (Thursdays from 8:15 p.m.) on RTL.
