software consulting

(Ploonge+) How should non-technical founders collaborate with software developers? Miranda Halpern continues the Ploonge Experts project by interviewing Wolfpack Digital CEO Georgina ‘Gina’ Lupu Florian.

What percentage of your customers are non-technical people who have an idea but have no coding experience? How much limitation is this for launching an application?

I would say that probably around 50% of our customers are in this situation, either as founders of a startup, or as representatives of companies (scale-up product owners or people in corporate innovation departments, for example). We’re here to help every step of the way, so we don’t see this as a limitation.

However, it is true that having previous experience working with agencies/developers can be helpful in terms of familiarity with software development processes. But absolutely anyone, regardless of their background, can catch up quickly, and we’re here to support you.

growth marketing

Instead, they are either familiarizing themselves with your brand (awareness phase) or considering your products as one of many options (consideration phase). In these early stages, you want potential customers to put in their contact details so you can engage them with personalized emails in the future. Unfortunately, very few customers simply hand over their data like this. This is exactly where attractive magnets come into the equation.

We don’t have any new recommendations to highlight this week, but if there’s a growth marketer you think we should know about, let us know in the survey below.
