Microsoft has revealed its financial results for 2022, with revenue of $51.7 billion and net income of $18.8 billion, referring to the quarter ended December 31, 2021. Revenue rose 20% and profit 21%. A good part of these good results, the company points out, can be attributed to the Microsoft Office, Windows and Cloud Services.

In an investor conference call, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella stated that the company is seeing a structural shift in demand for PCs. of users. Microsoft reveals that the Windows 10 and Windows 11 are present on 1.4 billion monthly active devices.

Microsoft also revealed the earnings of the Xbox division. Xbox revenues grew in all areas, including hardware, software and services. Hardware revenue also showed a significant increase of 63.3% compared to the previous year.
