Ministry of Education targeted by more than 200 complaints

It’s true that it’s vacation time, but at the same time, many guardians deal with school registration, manuals for the next year, etc.

According to the Complaint Portal, the Ministry of Education has already been the target of more than 200 complaints. Find out the main reasons.

Ministry of Education: MEGA Platform highlighted by the negative

Related to the MEGA platform, the main complaints raised by parents and guardians are:

  • 41% about problems with the assignment and/or validation of vouchers;
  • 37% point out problems with accessing the platform or validating data to obtain vouchers and 17% mention difficulties in user support, support and technical assistance of the MEGA platform.

Since the beginning of the year, the Complaint Portal has received a total of 208 complaints addressed to the Ministry of Education. Parents and guardians point out several problems related to the MEGA platform and the Enrollment Portal. Difficulties in accessing vouchers, students without vacancies and lack of response are the main reasons for complaints.

Regarding the Enrollment Portal, it receives 38% of complaints, and one of the main reasons for complaint is the non-attribution of the student's placement in the chosen school, that is, the lack of vacancy for the student.

Ministry of Education targeted by more than 200 complaints

On the Complaints Portal, the Ministry of Education page has a response rate of only 58.3% and a solution rate of 47.3%, leaving consumers, most of the time, without any kind of response. The ME Satisfaction Index is scored at 48.6 (out of 100).

It should be noted that, regarding the MEGA – Free School Manuals platform, it has a response rate of only 21.4% and a solution rate of 30.4%. The Satisfaction Index is scored at 27.9 (out of 100).
