The technological world is also marked by some rivalries between brands and products. And this rivalry is increasingly felt between graphics and processing chips, with the power struggle in the hands of Intel and AMD.
So, in our last weekly question, we wanted to know what brand of processor our readers have in their computer. The results show a clear bias towards Intel, but let’s get to know all the results.
What is the manufacturer of the processor you have in your computer?
After finishing last week's question, now follows the disclosure of all the results through the analysis of the 2,548 responses obtained.
According to the results, it appears that the majority of readers, with 63% of the votes, responded that their computer has an Intel branded processor (1,609 votes). In its turn, 32% responded that their machines are equipped with an AMD CPU (815 votes). Finally, only 5% chose the "Other" option, saying that they have a processor in their computers that belongs to a different manufacturer (124 votes).
For a better visual perception, follow the graph with the current results.
As usual, in the comments to the article where the question was asked, the opinions of the readers are divided. There are those who indicate not only the brand, but also the model and version of the processor that powers their machines, where Apple's M1 is also indicated, and there are also those who, in addition, highlight some differences and preferences between Intel and to AMD.
But if you didn't answer our question, then tell us now which is the manufacturer of the processor you have in your computer.
