Among the movie and series subscriptions currently available, Netflix is one of the most popular. At 12.99 euros per month for the middle standard model, the service is no longer really cheap. And that could get worse. Then Netflix has the Prices 2022 for some already properly dressed.

For example, the standard subscription for two simultaneous streams costs $15.49 instead of $13.99.

The reason for the price increase at Netflix is not entirely clear. At least the published statement gives little information. Higher production costs and more profit are probably the primary drivers. Inc.com magazine’s conclusion, on the other hand, is somewhat more drastic, but not improbable.
“Netflix is running out of new customers, so the streaming giant is making a quick buck.”

Almost 20 euros for a Netflix subscription in Germany is conceivable
It remains to be seen whether there will also be new prices for German Netflix customers in 2022. The last increase was not until 2021. Nevertheless, it is conceivable that the current US prices will be adopted for Germany. The current premium subscription for 17.99 euros is at least not that far removed from the American counterpart at 19.99 euros.
