OnePlus 10 Pro to be released in India soon, OnePlus 9RT to get OxygenOS 12 update in March or April

The OnePlus 10 Pro debuted in China on January 11. The device is being prepared for launch in India. Before any official announcement from the Chinese smartphone brand, the device would have been spotted in some online listings that hint at its imminent launch in India. He reportedly got some local certifications as well. Separately, the newly released OnePlus 9RT is confirmed to receive the OxygenOS 12 update in India in March or April of this year. The OnePlus 9RT launched in India on Friday, December 14th. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood and has a triple 50-megapixel rear camera setup.

OnePlus 10 Pro listing on certification sites has been identified by well-known informant Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings). The listings suggest support for NFC connectivity and Bluetooth v5.2 on the device, which may have the model number NE2211. However, there is no clarity on when the smartphone will launch in India. OnePlus has yet to announce any information about the India variant of the OnePlus 10 Pro. The OnePlus 10 Pro has been previously seen on BIS and Bluetooth SIG certification sites with the same model number.

Key highlights of the OnePlus 10 Pro include a 6.7-inch QHD+ curved AMOLED display (1,440 x 3,216 pixels), Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and a triple rear camera setup, topped by a primary sensor. of 48 megapixels. It also includes a 32-megapixel selfie camera and a 5,000mAh battery with 80W Super Flash wired charging and support for 50W wireless flash charging.

The OnePlus 9RT launched in India on January 14 with Android 11-based OxygenOS 11. The handset will soon receive the latest Android 12-based OxygenOS 12 update in the country, according to an Amazon listing. The device will receive the update in March or April, according to the listing.

OnePlus 9RT price in India is set at Rs. 42,999 for the 8GB + 128GB base storage model and Rs. 46,999 for the 12GB + 256GB storage variant. The device will be on sale via Amazon, the company’s official website, and retail stores. It will be available for purchase during the company’s Great Republic Day sale starting January 17th.
