Panasonic has released a Wi-Fi enabled smart LED lamp that includes multi-color lighting options and automated scheduling functions. Smart Wi-Fi LED lamp has user data features and can protect user data in cloud through its mobile app. The latest of the company’s IoT products, Smart Bulb can also be connected and used via voice command capabilities via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. It will be available for purchase via Amazon and other online and offline stores.
The Panasonic Smart Wi-Fi LED light has a power of 9 watts. It offers nearly 16 million tones, offering users a wide range of options. The lamp has a pre-set feature that allows users to automatically program the lights on and off. Lighting settings can also be adjusted to suit different occasions.
The smart lamp can be controlled through the Panasonic Smart Wi-Fi app which can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store. You can connect and use Wi-Fi enabled Smart Bulb through voice command features of Alexa and Google Assistant.
Panasonic said it launched the product to meet the growing demand for Smart Homes and automation.
“Consumers’ lighting needs have evolved drastically over the past few years and we wanted to bring a product that was not only easy to use, but also met the needs of a digitally connected consumer and enhanced their experience,” said Dinesh Aggarwal, joint managing director, Panasonic Life Solutions India, in a statement. “The range of LED Smart Wi-Fi lamps will leave a significant mark in the home automation category, due to the features it involves.”
The company said that, in the future, the smart LED lamp will be part of the connected ecosystem that will seamlessly integrate with Panasonic’s MirAIe – an intelligent connected life platform enabled for IoT and IA.
