Most likely The Lord of the Rings: The Ring of Power is the most awaited series of 2022. But the Amazon Prime is with so much mystery about the production that she must imagine that the fans are all friends of the Scooby Doo. Today the series’ official account on twitter published 23 posters showing the characters’ hands holding an object. Some things are pretty obvious (like what the race is), but otherwise it doesn’t say anything.

Up-to-date poster, missing trailer

The first image posted on the series account shows a dwarf with his hand on a hammer. It is easy to find out which race it is by using the hammer and the runes marked on the handle and the gold dust on the fingers. in the universe of Middle Earththe dwarves were known for accumulating various riches and gemstones (this is most visible in the trilogy The Hobbit).

In the second image, we see a hand holding the handle of a sword or staff with something that looks like a castle. The tall tower in the center makes it look like it’s the Kingdom of Arnor. The suspicion, indicated by the most hardcore fans (which is not my case yet), is that it is Elendil, one of the kings responsible for forming the alliance between Elves and Men.

All other images can be viewed on the the series’ Twitter account’s media section. But first, look at Sauron there (or not?).

And the trailer for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power?

A yet to be announced trailer for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. THE Prime Video only released a teaser of the series and… well, it doesn’t show anything. The series premieres on September 2nd, and unfortunately, these posters shouldn’t be a sign that we’ll soon have a trailer. That should only get there by the middle of the year. I’m already counting down the days to the series premiere.
