The National Republican Guard (GNR) is carrying out a national road inspection this week aimed at speed control, especially on the most critical roads in terms of accidents.

“RoadPol” is an organization that was established by the traffic police in Europe, with the aim of improving road safety and law enforcement on the roads.

GNR: Inspection operation will take place on the main traffic routes

In a statement, the GNR explains that, with this action ("Roadpol - Speed"), which runs until the 14th, Sunday, it also intends to raise society's awareness of the importance of adopting safer behaviors by drivers, with a view to promoting road safety and safeguarding human lives.

"These operations, of European scope, have as their main purpose the creation of a safer road environment through a simultaneous intervention on the main causes of accidents", says the GNR, underlining that it seeks to "positively influence" drivers, taking them to them to adopt behaviors that favor safe driving, to the detriment of risky behavior.
