What to expect from the Galaxy Unpacked event
THE Galaxy S22 and the Tab S8 will be presented in Galaxy Unpacked, the 9th of February. the line of S22 smartphones will debut the GPU made in partnership with AMD in the processor Exynos 2200. With this novelty, the smartphone will have ray tracing technology. However, some markets (such as the United States, Canada, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan) may receive the mobile phone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. In Brazil, the S21 received the Exynos 2100 processor, while the S22 should receive the chip Snapdragon.
On the camera side, the top-of-the-line S22 Ultra will have a 108 MP main lens with SuperClear technology. The rest of the quadruple set is formed by a 12 MP ultra wide and two 10 MP teles: one with 3x zoom and the other 10x. And no charger in the box! The other versions, S22 and S22 Plus, will have a 50 MP main lens. The Ultra model will also have a reduction in RAM: now there will only be the option of 8GB or 12GB. The prices of the new Galaxy S series will be more expensive than the values of the previous generation, rumors indicate.
THE Galaxy Tab S8Samsung’s new high-end tablet, comes with the best in hardware, using the Qualcoom Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, 14.6″ AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh, total up to 16GB of RAM and a battery of 11,200mAh.
All versions share several specs, like the same Qualcomm chipset, with the difference really just being a few details, like the fact that the Tab S8 and S8+ have a maximum of 8GB of RAM. The battery is also different between devices, with the base model having a capacity of 8,000mAh and the Plus version having a battery of 10,090mAh.
