Samsung is aware of Galaxy S22 Ultra screen issue and working on fix

The launch of the new series Galaxy S22 is being quite troublesome, in addition to underperforming, some software bugs are bothering users. One of these problems is the screen of the devices. Galaxy S22 Ultra start flashing depending on user usage, now the Samsung stated that it will soon fix this bug.

Officially the new devices have not yet been launched, with the manufacturer stating that they will begin to be distributed this Friday (25), so the most problems should be fixed after thatwith a release update.

Because the model has not yet received this update, problems and bugs are quite common, but this does not cease to irritate and worry those who are using the device either for testing or for the company to have sent it to the creation of content. This particular screen error was one of the main reasons for complaints from owners of the Galaxy S22 Ultramainly by some users afraid it’s a hardware problem and not software.

But, in the response of a moderator of the Samsung published in reddit company official, the manufacturer jknows what the problem is and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. Apparently the bug is happening with the devices that are configured in WQHD resolution with the screen mode set to Natural color.

Therefore, at least until the patch is released, the moderator said that it is recommended that users access the settings of their devices to disable these features.

  • How to change screen mode and resolution of Galaxy S22 Ultra:
    • Switch screen mode: Settings > Display > Screen Mode > Switch to ‘Vivid’ mode;
    • Change screen resolution: Settings > Display > System Resolution > Change to ‘FHD+’.3

Through the Samsung already know which setting is causing the screen flickering issues and let you know that this will be fixed soon, possibly this issue will be fixed along with the release update, which should be available until Friday (25).
