The pricing and availability of the TCL 30V 5G in the US has been announced. Verizon’s exclusive smartphone is the most affordable way for US citizens to gain access to the US-based communications company’s recently unveiled 5G C-band spectrum. The smartphone was announced at CES 2022 and comes with support for 5G Sub-6GHz bands as well as mmWave connectivity for faster speeds. The TCL 30V 5G gets a Snapdragon 480 5G SoC under the hood and is equipped with a triple 50-megapixel camera setup.

According listing at Verizon, the TCL 30V 5G is priced at $299 (approximately Rs. 22,500) for the single 4GB + 128GB storage variant. The Verizon-exclusive smartphone is available for purchase at full retail price, as well as a 24-month and 30-month payment plan. Currently, the TCL phone, which was announced at CES 2022, is available in a Midnight Gray color option.

The TCL 30V 5G runs on Android 11 out of the box, according to the company. It features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display (1080×2400 pixels) with a refresh rate of 60Hz. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The TCL 30V 5G smartphone comes with support for faster mmWave, 5G C-band spectrum and Sub-6GHz 5G “Nationwide” connectivity for wide coverage, along with support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1. according to one report by The Verge, purchasing a TCL 30V 5G is currently the most affordable way to access the C-band 5G spectrum that lies between mmWave and national in terms of coverage and speed.

For photography, the TCL 30 V 5G comes with a triple rear camera setup, topped by a 50-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front is a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The smartphone comes with a 4,500mAh battery and comes with support for 18W charging via USB Type-C.
