Membership at Gymondo to cancel is uncomplicated. The provider for the digital fitness studio offers instructions on a website. We’ll show you what to look out for.
Cancel Gymondo: You should know that
If you don’t use Gymondo regularly, you should consider simply unsubscribing from the service. The easiest way to do this is to cancel via your own account. Membership can then be easily terminated on the website www.gymondo.com. However, this offer does not work in your Gymondo app.
If you are on the provider’s website, all you have to do is follow these steps:
- Log into your account at www.gymondo.de
- Click on the top right of the tab “Hi, your name” in the members area
- click on “My Account”.
- click on “Cancel Membership” at the bottom of the page
After you click “Cancel Membership”, Gymondo will automatically cancel your subscription. Important: According to the provider, the notice period is always 3 days until the end of the term of your selected subscription option.
Cancel by email and post
As with any other service, you can also cancel Gymondo by letter or email. The address of the fitness service provider is:

If you want to cancel in this way, the customer number, your name, address and e-mail address must be provided. The notice period set by Gymondo of three days before the end of the selected subscription also applies here.
The letter of termination must be recognizable as such. You should therefore start the e-mail or letter with “Cancellation of my Gymondo subscription”. You should also mention that you want to cancel your subscription “as soon as possible”. Finally, you should ask to receive an acknowledgment of receipt from Gymondo GmbH.
