Aragon has registered an interannual increase of 9.3% in the sale of homes in October, to 1,131. The Aragonese Community was ranked as the fifth Community with the least rise, according to the data related to the Transmissions of Property Law published this Monday by the National Institute of Statistics (INE).
For its part, the total number of transmitted farms registered in the registries in the month of October in Aragon was 6,322, 0.9% more than last year.
Regarding registered home sales, the communities with the highest number of transfers per 100,000 inhabitants are Comunidad Valenciana (175), La Rioja (163) and Cantabria (156).

Home sales in October were the Balearic Islands (57.7%), Cantabria (41.2%) and La Rioja (41.1%). The only Autonomous Communities with negative variation rates are the Basque Country (–6.1%) and Principado de Asturias (–0.9%). For its part, Comunidad Foral de Navarra (2.4%) registered the lowest increase.
Considering the transmissions registered in the property registers in Aragon, 2,724 were made on rustic properties and 3,598 on urban ones. Of the latter, 2,053 were homes, 178 lots and 1,367 others.
Likewise, of the 2,724 rustic properties transferred in Aragon, 775 were by sale, 64 by donation, 40 by exchange, 1,023 by inheritance and 822 by other methods.

The number of transmitted farms registered in the property registers (from previously public deeds) in the month of October is 167,791, which is 5.9% more than in the same month of 2020.
In the case of registered property sales, the number of transfers is 91,388, with an annual increase of 16.8%.
