In addition to using Chrome as a password repository, Google transposes this same information to Android and for transversal use on smartphones. In this way, they can authenticate not only on the websites, but also on the apps of the services.

If it is simple to use on smartphones, these passwords are not easy to manage directly on the smartphone. Google gives access to this feature, but ended up hiding it and access is not simple. Fortunately that changes now with a novelty.

To have access to this novelty, just open the Android Settings, and then access the Privacy option. After that, and in this new area, they must choose the Google Autofill option and finally arrive at the Google passwords area.

Then choose the Passwords option and enter now where these elements are stored. By clicking on the configuration icon (cogwheel) you will enter a restricted area and where you will find the option to add a shortcut to the main screen, near the end of this area.

When choosing this option, an icon will quickly appear for direct access to passwords. Thus, they no longer have to go through all the complicated way to reach this area and so they can quickly change or access the data they need to access websites or services.

This novelty arrive with the latest version of Google Play Services, which can confirm here if you have news. Create this shortcut on Android and you will quickly have access to this essential information.
