TP-Link’s new 6E Wi-Fi Router has antennas that adjust to improve signal

THE TP-Link took advantage of Consumer Electronics Show (ESC) 2022 to reveal your newest router Archer AXE200 Omni, which brings an unprecedented feature in home models: antennas that adjust automatically to improve the signal. The device promises to offer its best with the greatest possible range for a wireless network.

There is no way to talk about the company’s new router without highlighting the device’s four antennas, which are able to move to find the best position for the signal to reach the connected device. The company has not yet informed the gains that this novelty can bring to the network signal, but it is nice to see the device moving its antennas.

THE TP-Link has not yet detailed how much better the network of the Archer AXE200 Omni it is in relation to routers with static antennas, but the manufacturer shared some model specifications. The router will come with cutting edge technologies like improved tri-band speed, with the bands being 6 GHz, 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz, and Wi-Fi 6E support, which brings technologies to improve connection and reduce latency.

currently the AX200 it’s just a prototype and the company is improving it even more, internally the model will have a quad core processor operating at 2.0 GHz. The model’s hardware, in addition to helping control the antennas, also Powers 10G and 2.5G Ethernet ports.

But, while it does not launch the model with adjustable antennas, the manufacturer will also show it during the CES 2022 the new Archer AX300. The router will have features like WiFi 6E and will feature four internet bands, two of 5Ghz, one of 6GHz and the last one with 2.4GHz.
