“RTL Direkt” suddenly achieves dream ratings
The news format “RTL Direkt” was only broadcast for the first time in August 2021 and has been on Monday to Thursday evenings since then. While the slot was previously 10:15 p.m., the actual 20-minute show has now been given a slot at 11:10 p.m. This is embedded in the broadcast of the show “I’m a star – get me out of here!” and shortened to just ten minutes.
It was precisely this constellation that brought the format, which is moderated by Pinar Atalay, an all-time record just yesterday. As reported by DWDL, “RTL Direkt” scratched the 30 percent mark – even though the program was shown much shorter and later. The interruption of the jungle show since Monday “is already paying into the ‘RTL Direct’ values,” it continues.
In the group of viewers between the ages of 14 and 49, the format reached 28.5 percent. So far it was a maximum of 17 percent. A total of 3.31 million people watched, above average. In the first place, of course, the jungle show is responsible. It is to be expected that the rate will decrease once these have been completed.
