Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter is now at a point of indecision and uncertainty. Tesla’s strongman has already come and gone, not making it clear if he really wants to buy the social network or if he’s just making one of his plans.
With this case about to go to court, and still far from having a decision, the moves continue. Now the idea is in the air that Elon Musk will be able to create his own social network if the purchase of Twitter fails.

Twitter purchase is stalled and in court
After starting the formal process of buying Twitter for 44 billion dollars, Elon Musk ended up backing down. His justification lies in the lack of information and the alleged number of fake or automated accounts.
With a case taking place in court, the moves continue at a high pace. The most recent action came from Elon Musk himself, once again through his Twitter account, in response to a question from another user.

Will we have a new social network on the way?
The question was simple and probably just a taunt to Tesla's strongman, but it turned out to have a pretty straightforward answer. Asked about the possibility of creating his own social network, his answer was only and only X.com.
This domain is not new in the hands of Elon Musk. Already in 2017 revealed the arrival of something completely new in this domain. Apparently it was another one of the news from the strong man at Tesla and that literally doesn't give anything concrete.
Excited to announce the launch of https://t.co/J6TuRWIQAA! It's a little verbose right now, but that will be fixed tomorrow.

X.com, a strange proposal from Elon Musk
When accessing x.com, visitors are presented with just the letter X, without any additional information. This one domain it already hosted a virtual bank, one of Elon Musk's first creations, even before creating PayPal, which he would later sell to eBay.
It doesn't seem very logical that Elon Musk will choose this path, even if the purchase of Twitter falls and doesn't materialize. Others have tried to create their social networks, always with little relevant results.
