WhatsApp plans to implement two-step verification on the web and desktop versions

THE Whatsapp is close to releasing the feature of ‘multiple connected devices‘, which will allow users to use their account on more than one device, without having to be connected via smartphone. However, this brings a security issue, which can be a way for malicious users to apply scams, to prevent these problems, the Facebook is developing the support for 2-step verification on desktop versions.
